  • Non-Refundable Items: Event, attraction, and coupon tickets are non-refundable. 
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30 days of the transaction date. 

Time-Bound Cancellation Fees:

  • 96 hours or more before departure: No cancellation fee. 
  • 72 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee. 
  • 24 hours or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee. 

Group Booking Cancellations:

  • 7 days or more prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee. 
  • 5 days or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
